= 26.  So it scores 25+ which means it is ok to eat.

The 25+ Diet is a way of planning what you are going to eat in order to lose weight or maintain your current weight.

So how do you use it?

1. First you pick the food you think you might have.

2. Then you rate it out of 10 in each of the four following categories:
(With 0 being worst and 10 being the best).

Taste.                            Worst 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 Best
Nutritional Value.         Worst 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 Best
Health Benefits.            Worst 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 Best
Enjoyment.                    Worst 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 Best

3. Add up the score.

4. Then if the score is 25 points or more then you can eat it. 
     If the score is less than 25 points then don't eat it.

So for example:
I'm thinking of having meat and potato pie for dinner. 
This is how I would score it:

8 for Taste.
6 for Nutritional Value.
5 for Health Benefits.
10 for Enjoyment.

Total Score = 29.  So it scores 25+ which means it is ok to eat.

The 25+ Diet only works if you score the item honestly and correctly!

The 25+ Diet is based on your own individual scoring and that's how you can make it work for you. I will post some of my scoring just to give some ideas of how it works for me.

When following a diet you should always eat a vatiety of different foods to ensure you are getting a balanced diet. And The 25+ Diet works best when done with regular exercise.
